About Us

Welcome to Lux Hydro Art!

Hello, I'm thrilled to have you here! I'm Sherry, wife to my very supportive husband, mom to incredible adult children, and "Meem" to four adorable grandblessings! Art has always been at the center of my heart! You will likely find me playing in the studio, nurturing my garden, experimenting with gluten-free recipes in the kitchen, or making precious memories with my grands; my artistic soul on full display!

Whether you're looking for an exquisite silk scarf or distinctive home decor items to purchase, you're sure to discover the piece that resonates with you, and truly connects with your unique style. Or are you eager to dive into the world of art through one of our inspiring workshops? Lux Hydro Art is here to ignite your passion for creativity. We believe that art has the power to inspire and connect us all. Come, be part of our artistic journey, and let the beauty of art inspire you.

In 2018, my sister, Kitty, and I co-founded Sisters Silk Art, and now, we're evolving. Lux Hydro Art is the exciting result of a transformation in our journey.  My focus will be on artistic workshops in Central Oregon and product sales, where I can pour my passion for art into creating and teaching. Meanwhile, Kitty will take the reins of the wholesale aspect of our venture, while occasionally splashing in water marbling trays at pop-ups and festivals in Southern Oregon. This evolution allows us to better serve our creative community and broaden our artistic horizons.

Here at Lux Hydro Art, we believe that art is a journey, a voyage of self-discovery, and a means to connect with others on a profound level. Together, we'll explore various art forms, techniques, and inspirations, finding beauty in unexpected places and nurturing our inner artists. Let's create, connect, and inspire one another as we navigate the wonderful world of art!

Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. I can't wait to see where our creativity takes us!

Warmly, Sherry
